As an administrator my main roles included processing invoices, developing weekly/monthly reports, ticket processing and the management of haulage payments for the South East of the UK.

 In addition, I was trained and operated as a distribution team member; this role involved planning and the distribution of concrete, organising transportation and liaising with customers throughout the day. This significantly helped me to improve my organisation skills and gain a greater understanding of the business from another perspective.

 In February 2014 I gained a promotion within the company and took on duties as PA to the Regional Director. I attended managerial meetings and assisted the Regional Director with confidential project work. Additionally, I designed and created leaflets and newsletters for the company which were distributed regionally.
