I am a Youth Center Educator at the Open Youth Center who is committed to making a supportive and fulfilling atmosphere for youngsters. In this regard, I:
Planning Educational Activities: My duty is developing creative educational events that cater for diverse interests and developmental levels of young people we serve.
Program Implementation: I conduct different activities which are both fun and educative to those involved.
Young People Engagement: The interaction takes place through mentoring, conversation and play; it enhances positive relationships which will facilitate their personal development.
Event Organization: As a part of centre’s team, I am engaged in arranging events to ensure smooth running of them and make certain they are well received by participants.
Contacting and Guiding: To offer support I am all ears providing guidance as the teenagers face issues or accomplish milestones.
In my work, I aim to create an atmosphere wherein young persons can feel welcomed while at the same time being challenged enough to develop their full potential.

These are some of my responsibilities:
Writing and Publication: I create posts, journal articles for the website, and other outlets to tell more people about the library’s services and activities.
Library Tours: I give informative tours in English as well as Lithuanian around the library that will show its resources and services to visitors.
Project Publishing: I supervise publication of different projects to ensure they are received well by our desired audience.
Sponsorship and Relationship Building: In this area, I get sponsors who help make such a project possible through partnerships that sustain the library’s programs.
Content Creation and Management: My work involves writing interesting content for social media pages to maintain an attractive presence on all platforms.

I'm motivated and ambitious person with professional bachelor's degree in international business at Kaunas University of Applied Sciences. Practically applied analytical skills to improve the company 's productivity in the last internship place increased work speed by 15%. Using the available, organizational and team / individual skills, the greatest goal is to apply theoretical knowledge in practical activities.

My next role should be in an ambitious company that pursues goals in the international market and can offer experience in marketing or management.
