As an Account Manager, my primary responsibilities was to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our clients. I worked closely with them to understand their business objectives and align our products or services to meet their needs. With a focus on identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. By leveraging my expertise in e-commerce, sales, communication, and problem-solving, I effectively strived to offer and contribute to revenue growth while delivering exceptional service and support. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, I ensured a seamless customer experience and achieved collective goals.

As Cross Team Coordinator I work with coordination across all teams, by helping implementing new processes, create hoc reports on current issues, along with evaluation of KPI's and having the overall understanding of the different systems we are working with internally.

Furthermore, I am responsible for coordinating our customers translation assignments within the company, in close collaboration with the Project Managers.
