- regional expansion of offices in Canada and global expansion to India
- process development and controls implementation
- outsourcing of firm internal operations / accounting 
- identifying new technologies to assist and simplify most tax and internal processes in the firm
- software migration and implementation
- develop and coordinate training programs and technical documentation of firm positions
- website and online analysis, development and strategy 
- managed regulatory compliance

Director (Founding Partner)

Practice limited to US and Cross-Border Tax Matters. Assistance with expatriate tax programs for small to mid size companies

Planned and executed the following:
- employee training program and documentation of firm technical positions
- conversion from simple timesheet and excel based project management process to single time, billing and project management system, including training, migration of information and launch.

Founded a Tax Practice focussing on US / Canadian cross border taxation in Calgary. 

Included:
- regulatory registration and compliance
- recruitment and training of a tax and support team
- selecting and implementing various cloud based softwares (taking firm paperless and digital in 2005)
- premises management (commercial property lease and eventual purchase of property (negotiation, finance,  design and development of office space)
- internal operations and accounting
