As the Director, HR at Lighthouse Labs, I spearhead the HR and People function for the organization, overseeing a dynamic team of five direct reports, which included Talent Partners, an HR Generalist, and an HR Coordinator. Outside of leading all key HR initiatives (Compensation, Performance, Employee Relations, etc.) my key accomplishments include:
- Team Leadership and Management: Led and mentored a team of HR professionals, ensuring seamless execution of HR programs and initiatives across the organization.
- Leadership Development: Responsible for management development and leadership upskilling. 
- Organizational Growth: Drove substantial organizational growth, achieving a 256% increase in headcount within a 12-month period.
- Re-organization Initiatives: Successfully conducted three major re-organizations to optimize the organizational structure, improve efficiency, and align resources with strategic goals. These re-organizations involved detailed planning, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of communication and change management strategies.
- Competency Framework Implementation: Designed and implemented a comprehensive organizational-wide competency framework. This framework was instrumental in guiding employees' work, enhancing performance, and facilitating growth conversations. It served as a foundation for performance reviews, professional development, and career progression.

My role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that support business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
