I can join you at any point of the journey (although the very beginning is preferable - Julie Andrews even advocates for starting at the very beginning - it's a very good place to start!) to make sure your project delivers exactly what you need it to for your organisation to thrive. 🔀Sometimes, things change. I can be your Programme or Project Manager, your Business Analyst and/or your Solution Architect. Within those titles comes straight talking, meticulous, experienced, and pragmatic management that’s worked for organisations across the world. 💭I'm a huge advocate of logic and common sense, and can help you see the wood from the trees. 😊 People enjoy working with me (yay!), and the relationships I've managed to build with previous clients are still strong - things get tough when going through change, and everyone needs to be a true team. I have a varied career path (everything from teaching naughty secondary school kids, to covert surveillance operations, to engineering and manufacturing firms and more...) and this experience means I'm not your average anything (thank goodness!) and bring more to the party than most. Ultimately, I'm a get sh*t donerer! And a systems and processes unfu*kerer! Also - by working with me, you enable my business to give a monthly donation to Wolfwood Wildlife and Dog Rescue in Lancaster, and treat my own animals to the standard of biscuits that they've become accustomed to!
