I'm well-versed in dealing with public and private sector bidding processes and have worked successfully within various sectors including healthcare, facilities management, healthcare technology, energy, and education.
In my role, I use cutting-edge technologies like AI for content creation and bid library design, and prompt engineering to produce effective bids that bring value to our clients. I'm constantly seeking innovative ways to enhance our bidding process and deliver tangible results.

As the Digital Communications Manager at Sheffield Hallam Students' Union, I was responsible for developing and implementing digital communication strategies to engage and inform students. My role involved managing the organisation's social media accounts, website, and email marketing campaigns. I also collaborated with various departments to create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written copy.

I successfully increased the organisation's online presence and engagement through targeted social media campaigns and email newsletters. I monitored and analysed performance metrics to optimise our digital communication efforts and ensure they were achieving their intended goals. In addition, I worked closely with stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.

Overall, my role as Digital Communications Manager allowed me to leverage my creative skills and strategic thinking to effectively communicate with our diverse student population and enhance their overall experience at Sheffield Hallam Students' Union.

As a Collections Specialist at Santander, I was responsible for managing a portfolio of delinquent accounts and working with customers to bring their accounts current. My duties included contacting customers via phone, email, and mail to discuss payment options, negotiating payment arrangements, and updating account information in our system.

I also worked closely with other departments within the bank to resolve customer issues and ensure compliance with FCA regulations and bank policies. Additionally, I was responsible for documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of account activity.

In this role, I demonstrated strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a thorough understanding of banking processes and regulations. I was able to successfully resolve customer issues and improve account delinquency rates.

Overall, my experience as a Collections Specialist at Santander has equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively manage delinquent accounts and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced banking environment.
