Position within the shrink sleeve labels industry, managing a portfolio of customers in the FMCG sectors of the Italian market and South-East European areas (ex-Yugoslavia, Greece and Turkey), maintaining client relationships and establishing regular contacts with key decision makers; managing budgets and contracts (proposal development, risk management, pricing and customer negotiations, supervision of the agreements); co-ordinating the internal team throughout the project development process: assessment of new enquiries involving an excellent knowledge of gravure printing and studio repro work; visits to the potential client’s facility for evaluation of production line; preparation of proposals, including technical advice for both material and machinery; co-ordination of the project development (graphic design, material specification, machinery installation); after-sale support including general technical support and complaints management (mitigations and issues resolutions).
