The haircare portfolio encompassed 4 brands including Elvive, Hair Expertise, Elnett and Studio Line. 

Role responsibilities included: 
-Project management of innovation projects: Launch of 13 NPD within 12 months including a new pack size for Elvive. 
-Launch of entirely new hair styling brand ‘Studio Line’.
-Working closely with cross functional teams including local leadership teams, regional and local supply chains, R&D teams (formulation, packaging) and local sales teams. Flexed influencing skills to achieve desired outcomes and ensure projects ran smoothly. 
-Creative campaign management including the adaptation of global TVCs and print material, creation and execution of consumer promotions and sampling.
-Medium to long term brand strategy including comprehensive media and digital strategies.

-Consumer testing and insight analysis – TVC testing, concept testing etc.

-Long Term Brand Strategy (5 year) for Lipton and Bushells.
-Project management of innovation projects from Idea Generation stage through Feasibility and Capability to Market Ready handover with local Brand Building teams.
-Full mix development including packaging design and format, new product formulation (blend) and product proposition, communication development and strategy, recommended pricing strategy, business case and trade story. 
- CX & UX design - web development for the region and digital asset creation. 
-Integrated Brand Communication development including TVC creation or adaptation of global TVC, radio script creation and recording.

Brand Development - Hot Tea (Lipton, Bushells)

-Heavily involved in the strategy and phasings of the launch, creation of systems and processes for the brand, the writing of channel plans and category value drivers, solving many supply chain complexities involved in importing the product from the US and the creation of the visibility suite and sales rep tools from scratch. 
-Stock Forecasting and management (working with demand planners – writing a bottom up forecast for launch), stock issues and management of write off risk (clearance of stock going out of date), freezer forecasting (working with asset management) and NPD forecasting, pricing and gate documents.
-Supply chain and distribution contact and problem solving.
-Launch and execution strategy (new customer acquisition targets, channel and type of customer etc), development of category value drivers, writing the channel plan and strategy to drive sales / close sales gaps, competitor analysis and franchising plans for our scoop stores.  
-On-boarding large national customer accounts (category section of the presentation).
-Below the line marketing for the brand (including scoop store marketing and promotions): POS creation from scratch and distribution (working with our inhouse design studio, printers and warehousing and distribution contacts), creation of scoop store POS and collateral (uniforms etc), creating and executing customer promotions and activations instore (P&C stores, route stores), organisation of sampling events, creation of gift with purchase items and the creation of sales reps sales presenter and other rep tools.

-Control of the substantial channel budget.
-The writing and roll out of projects to drive sales (perfect store), sales tracking and analysis (working with sales ops/analysis teams, creating trackers for sales teams).

-Tracking and analysis of targets, rolling forecast estimate (RFE), GSV, turnover, VTS (trade spend). 
-Strategic relevance of these key indicators and how to manipulate each to reach business targets. Levers that can be utilised to achieve GSV, turnover, VTS and market share targets such as consumer promotions and trade incentives that the reps can sell in at an individual store level.
-Negotiation with the Metcash Beauty buyer – case deals, catalogue spots, off-location commitment, consumer promotion sell in, NPD sell in and category management suggestions (delete poor performers etc). Category and brand reviews with buyer.  
-Communication to the field teams of upcoming events.
-Devising promotional tactics and case deals to drive sales within allocated VTS percentage. 
-Deep dive analysis of promotional effectiveness and return on investment. 
-Organisation of trade shows and conference presentations. 
-Stock forecasting with demand planners.  
-Creation of 2 ‘Health and Beauty Celebration’ booklets to drive sales and highlight upcoming activity to retailers.
