Partnering with a brilliant team of LinkedIn Alumni, we help large multinationals, SMEs and private individuals, use LinkedIn to enhance Digital Marketing, Lead Generation (using LinkedIn Ads), Employer Branding and Personal Brand Strategies. I coach Executives and a broader employee teams by delivering custom LinkedIn Masterclasses.

Some of my favourite projects:
• Driven revenue and upskilled the B2B marketing team to drive growth and brand awareness, through Paid and Organic strategies globally for monster.com,
•Delivered the LinkedIn component for a global event at Unilever for 70+ early careers professionals, delivering live and virtual sessions four years in a row
• Partnered with Mattel to deliver amazing stories on LinkedIn including their partnership with European Space Agency, the Queen's Jubilee doll, Fisher Price's 90th Anniversary and the creation of Dame Sarah Gilbert's Barbie
• Delivered the annual keynote to London Business School’s University Outreach Day, helping young people with employability skills on LinkedIn
• Ran 500+ 1:1 profile optimisation sessions for jobseekers to empower them in their jobsearch, resulting in job offers.

The Growth Project is a non-profit organisation that supports small, successful charities to maximise their impact on the world. This is delivered through an innovative personal development program that brings together charity and business leaders in an environment of shared learning. 

Initially approached to advise on the LinkedIn marketing strategy, I was so inspired by the mission and purpose of the organisation and the vision of the UK Founders, I had to get more involved.

I worked with a team of 6-10 extremely talented Saas, Recruitment and Sales professionals who helped our largest European Enterprise customers achieve success with LinkedIn, through consultation and account management. Responsible for a team target of $11M.

Enterprise Sales Manager, UK

Partnered with Business Leaders and Board Members to identify how using social media can help meet their business, and subsequent hiring, objectives. I enabled them to take better control of the sourcing of candidates and to make branding and hiring a skill rather than a process.

- UK based role with many multinational clients, with an additional focus on South Africa.
- Frequent trips overseas engaging with customers helped broaden my global perspective on talent issues.
- Partnered on delivering the program for a team offsite in Amsterdam for 25 people.
- Partnered cross functionally on delivering the UK Customer Summer Party.
- In 2014, my second year ever in quota carrying sales role, exceeded $2.1M and qualified for Presidents Club with 117% of target.

I worked cross-functionally with Customer Success and the Senior Leadership, to ensure the Solutions Team continued to deliver a great service both internally and externally, across all of our European offices.

- Presented at the Quarterly Sales Leadership meeting alongside all Business Line Heads.

As the first Solutions Consultant hired in Europe, I had a tremendous opportunity to work with companies and colleagues across EMEA in all our office hubs. We trained and educated on how to become successful in attracting, engaging and hiring top talent, by leveraging LinkedIn's media and branding tools.

Hired the first European Solutions Team of 10 people across 4 countries.
Delivered Employer Brand workshops and seminars to group 80+ in size.

This included developing recruitment communications and Employer Brand campaigns which spanned the digital landscape, incorporating new media channels, and more traditional platforms (press and print). Key clients: Carlsberg, Sainsbury's, HP, Metropolitan Police.

I have loved working in Branding and Marketing for the past 21 years. My first 11 spent in Comms Agencies, and then along came LinkedIn, and transformed everything.

I joined LinkedIn pre-IPO, had 4 different roles from Product Education to Sales. I moved into Leadership managing a team responsible for driving $11M in revenue. I saw a business experience hyper growth, exploding from 1,000 to 10,000 employees & 100M to 500M members. I believe in the power of the platform and love sharing my insight with others. 

I now help companies and coach individuals (incl. C-Suite) to elevate their Personal and Company Brands, optimise their profiles and drive engagement and leads using Paid and Organic content strategies. I deliver Masterclasses 1:1 and in Groups, and  most often, I work with PR, Comms, Marketing, Sales & Talent teams.

Current clients include, amongst others: Mattel, Unilever, London Business School, TRIUM, Enterprise and monster.com. I've also worked with many non-profits, including Comic Relief, am a monthly speaker for Resource, a charity helping people find work, and have recently jointed the Trustee Board of a non profit close to my heart, Camp Simcha.
