In these sessions, I do much more than coach technical skills. I am providing a space for players to learn about themselves as players and develop holistically. Using the training of skills, technique and concepts as a tangible foundation to also teach the mental and emotional aspects of being an athlete. This combination of tangible and intangible is my secret formula to developing strong and empowered leaders.
