After a successful stint leading our EMEA Demand Gen teams to high performance, I was recently promoted to Senior Director (and to the Marketing Leadership Team) and am now responsible for driving our highest growth product lines in the Salesforce space. I led Marketing & Communications within EMEA and was promoted to the EMEA SLT in May 2019. I left the business following the merger with First Data.

Verisure is the European market leader in app-controlled home control systems through the Verisure and Securitas Direct brands, featuring professionally monitored fire and intrusion alarms and 24/7 response services. Verisure is a service organisation, and to ensure top quality throughout our operations we control every stage of our value chain. Product and software design and development, sales, installation, monitoring, maintenance and customer support are all in-house. For alarm intervention we use leading guard companies, the police, local fire services and other professional partners. Thanks to a strong focus on customers and service, our fast growing customer base across 14 countries in Europe and Latin America is among the most satisfied in the industry. 

The UK is a key growth market for the Group and I was responsible for all things Marketing with a strong lead gen focus, supported by Brand functions run centrally. My Marketing team was 6 heads and I also ran a sales focused contact centre of 20+ heads. In 2017/2018 my team delivered  campaigns and developments driving a doubling of our customer base and setting the business up to be a serious challenger in the market.
