As HR Business Partner for Global Sales, Marketing and Product, Technology and People, I gave end-to-end HR advice and partnership to leadership teams on all areas of the colleague lifecycle, spanning North America, Asia and Europe. Part of this time was spent supporting the North America team from the Austin, TX office.

Working at our head office in Dundee and with a focus on performance and talent, I spent my time bringing our people values and goals to life as Learning and Talent Advisor. Passionate about all things people, you would have found me working with teams delivering onboarding and development sessions, working with managers to embed authentic conversations around performance and giving HR advice end to end with the areas I partnered with.

Learning and Talent Advisor

Started work with Insights in October 2012 to complete a project on Talent Management and Succession Planning. I was heavily involved in a project which reviewed the performance management framework and the delivery of rolling this out to the organisation, shifting the dial to a system which is all about having great conversations with your manager. Simple and effective!
