I  perform a variety of staffing duties, including the recruiting/hiring process for seasonal Amazon associates. As a SC, I am responsible for driving assignments and projects which require on-time delivery of components from multiple stakeholders/lines of business.  I also apply my previous high volume staffing experience  to operate independently.
Primary responsibilities:  
Community engagement/sourcing · Partner with local community groups (workforce development agencies or local comm.  colleges, veteran groups) to leverage grassroots sourcing to develop talent communities. 
Hiring Events: · Support scheduling and execution of hiring events on a regular basis to build and maintain an appropriate funnel of candidates. 
Ensure candidates are provided an overview of Onboarding: · Ensure all New Hire associates are loaded in the Labor Planning tool prior to orientation · Ensure New Hire Orientation is effectively executed as well as conduct portions of the Orientation · Ensure all Seasonal Assoc. complete all required ppwk · Mng. process with approp. depts. to ensure seasonal Assocs. have needed access and permissions. · Ensure accuracy of candidate pool info through monitoring NHO attendance, auditing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and projected labor planning needs. · Ensure data integrity in HRIS (PeopleSoft) systems. 
Daily maint. of HRIS systems: partnering with Centralized Funnel Management team to ensure cand. are hired correctly, appear correctly in all systems and have needed access through badges/permissions to function within their role. ·Coordinate with mgr, using labor tracking tools, to ensure employees are on the correct schedule patterns. · Prep reporting for turnover and absenteeism metrics for seasonal hourly associates. · Track and maintain stats on effectiveness of Recruitment though weekly reports on recruiting data for to HR leadership and bus. partners · Ensures all docs are scanned in to the digital file mgmt. system.

Responsible for day-to-day recruitment activities for  Compass Group hourly/Sal non-exempt applicants in a multi-state area. Mgmt. of the end-to-end recruitment process via MyOpportunity Hourly Hiring system to ensure that good candidates are recruited in a timely/ accurate manner.  
Responsibilities:
•	Performing all MyOpp activities associated with open requisitions in accordance with the established process standards and requirements, utilizing MyOpp to drive the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes:
o	Processing and approving of job requisitions, posting open jobs, managing applicant pools, sourcing of resumes, short-listing via appropriate data management techniques and SOPs to recommend qualified candidates to managers for interviews, and selecting the appropriate pre-screening questions to drill down to what the hiring managers need.
•	Responsible for the data integrity of MyOpportunity recruiting system associated with the assigned activities, reporting and analysis.
•	Ensuring compliance with state/federal laws and company policies and practices for MyOpportunity compliance, records retention and reporting metrics.
•	Responding to managers’ calls and e-mails, providing advice and counsel on MyOpportunity recruiting system and process requirements, policies and procedures.
•	Building of sustainable relationships – effectively interact and collaborate with customers, team-members and technical teams, provide training for managers, and training and back-up coverage for team-members as required. 
•	Troubleshooting of issues – identify and resolve the root cause issues independently and in partnership with technical teams, and escalate as required.
•	Suggestions on process improvement opportunities of the recruitment and selections processes, best- practice sharing, and procedure creation/update for any process changes within area of responsibility.
•	Completion of various assignments and projects as warranted by workloads and business priorities.

HRIS Analyst

The Compass Group HRIS Department services many different areas including Operations, Projects, Loyalty, Reporting and Organizational Support.  I am primarily a HRIS SAP Organization Management Specialist responsible for the administration and maintenance of SAP Organizational and Position Management (OM).  As the organizational structure serves as the basis for many of the company’s other computer applications, I participate in other initiatives and projects which leverage the organizational management structure.
I am  required to perform proactive research to identify and collect organizational information for the company and make these changes in our SAP Human Resources and Payroll ERP system.   Additionally, I assist with basic to intermediate level reporting using the SAP ad hoc query tool. Most importantly, I work with the HRIS team to achieve departmental and company goals.

As Client Operations Support on-site at one of Perficient's Healthcare clients, I coordinated and maintained several processes that revolve around hiring, interviewing, and on-boarding of full time employees as well as subcontractors.  I negotiated with vendors and coordinated corporate housing contracts.

I started in 2005 as an HR/Sales Assistant, and remained until June 2006, when CCBCC recruited me for a temp-to-hire position.  When that opportunity became temp-only, due to budgeting issues, Ambassador invited me to return as a Recruiter. 

In addition to the duties listed for this Ambassador previously, I also took on new responsibilities:

Built, managed, and maintained a portfolio of clients by consulting with clients to identify hiring needs and maintained on-going relationships with existing clients by providing top-notch customer service.  
Fostered a consultative relationship and built upon current business.
Negotiated offers to candidates, and closed deals with new clients regarding sales contract, placement fees, and pay/bill rates.
Responded to client requests in a timely and frequent manner with a palpable sense of urgency.
Effectively sourced, evaluated, and identified highly qualified candidates by screening, interviewing, and administering software testing (when necessary).  Utilized preVisor testing software.
Established, developed, and retained a candidate database through various advertising techniques including internet job boards, newspaper ads, and referrals.
Conduced new-hire orientations and processed documentation including I-9, E-verify, and W-4 forms.
Used the SCOPES manual to code new client companies for proper Worker's Compensation coverage & filled out all required paperwork, such as work-site & safety evaluations.
Handled all workers comp coverage paperwork for injuries & maintained contact with employees until they returned to work.
Counseled employees on proper work behavior, and maintained accurate and up-to-date employee files.

Reviewed adverse backgrounds (company-wide) and determined if they were amendable. If backgrounds were found to be inaccurate, I provided reports to the recruiters with the amended information.
Provided support and completed special projects for the Talent Acquisition Team, consisting of eight recruiters and one Talent Acquisition Manager.
Maintained the applicant tracking for all positions that had been recruited for/filled, which included dispositioning candidates, and completing job files for record/audit purposes.
Worked to create policies for the staffing section of the CCBCC Policy &amp; Procedure Manual, pertaining to Backgrounds and the FCRA.
