There's hardly ever a time I have not been working on another a project or doing active consultation. I love helping as many companies as I possibly can, because creating magical online experiences and helping companies find their customers online is my passion. Freelance work has given me the opportunity to work with so many different kinds of companies and projects, it  has been a real asset to me.. I use my weekends and holidays for projects outside my regular job. I am in charge of Lindström Online Experience and Global Digital Marketing. My main job is to develop our online customer journey and create more opportunities for sales in all customer touchpoints. A big part of my work is to consult all of our 24 operating countries in digital marketing and help them get everything out of their marketing efforts. This includes developing the local websites, eCommerce, marketing automation and customer portals. Competence development in the field of demand generation is another big aspect of my daily work. I have been developing new digital solutions and online tools for both sales, customer service and customer experience - taking Lindström from an old fashioned B-2-B company to a whole new era of digital possibilities.

A fixed term project designing a new lifestyle brand. I was responsible for creating a visual appearance for the brand as well as constructing the brand identity. Main part of the project on my part was to design the brand website, eCommerce and mobile app and also consult in creating a digital strategy for the company and plan brand communications.

Responsible for the company's all marketing activities in Finland from planning to the execution of campaigns. Active omnichannel marketing, with emphasis on digital marketing and event planning. The job required working closely with the sales team to forecast sales and plan future activities. Also, customer satisfaction, loyal customer programs, web development, eCommerce, internal communications and PR were part of my duties at JC. 

JC is one of Scandinavia's largest fashion retailers, operating over 100 stores (including franchise) in Sweden and Finland. JC is the current Scandinavian market leader in denim and sells the private label Crocker Jeans together with several external brands.

Launching Four Sigma Foods (currently Four Sigmatic) products in Whole Foods Markets. My work was a fixed term role driving demand generation in 2 different states and finding new retailers to sell our products. I was working closely with suppliers to ensure sales and offer product training and sales material.  My tasks also included a variety of marketing activities, for example expos and conferences, connections with bloggers etc.
