As an attorney and Ethics and Assurance leader, I am known for my drive to obtain the right results. I bring a unique combination of left-brain thinking, as a skilled litigator and healthcare attorney, and right-brain skills, as a highly emotionally adept leader and collaborator with extensive training in creating inclusive environments. I am relentless in the pursuit of goals that advance compliance, ethics, and transparency as well as employee and consumer experiences, and am known as a leader who remains committed to solving problems—even if they are hard. For 6 years, I helped shape the future products and reputation of Cambia Health Solutions, a $10B healthcare company on a mission to disrupt and innovate. I achieved legal compliance and business success for a variety of new products and services, with a focus on wrap-around care and digital and virtual channels. In 2018, I was chosen to lead the company’s Ethics program for the enterprise, where working in close collaboration with my peers in Compliance and HR, we took the program to the next level by creating innovative delivery channels, securing global recognition of the program, and leading cross-functional work on data ethics. I also provide a forward-looking lens on problems, and am known for pioneering innovative strategies in learning and employee engagement that tripled voluntary employee engagement in ethics training for Cambia; a significant win for the company. What I find equally important to the normal discipline and structure you find in integrity and compliance programming, is the ability to create a culture where employee trust is established and maintained so that employees feel safe and heard. In July 2021, I started my next chapter at Tektronix a 75-year strong technology company with a global footprint. I'm excited to bring my skillset to the Fortive family companies where growth is a given and improvement a necessity.
