With a decade of experience as a marketer in international organisations at Spanish-English markets, I decided to pursue my passion for personal development after a personal experience that profoundly impacted my mental health and my life. Recognising that workplace mental health initiatives fell short, I committed to transform the culture at Amex and equip colleagues with the tools they need to support one another. During the journey of implementing new initiatives at the workplace combined with my growing passion for assisting others in overcoming life's obstacles, I established Sense Balance, a mental health project that embodies both my life philosophy and my dedication to making a positive impact.
