Determined to develop a craft in user research, where I have the opportunity to shape impactful solutions based off of insightful research studies. My recent experience has been based on ensuring webpages are accessible, and always keep the customer journey in mind. It's set me on my path into UX research, where I am learning how to create my own research plans, set strategic goals, and analyze and synthesize my test results. I pride myself on being someone who fosters strong working relationships, and works well with other people, whilst I also value my own autonomy. A dog-lover, who enjoys reading, supports NCFC and loves going out for a run in the countryside
