Designed and developed operational processes to mitigate risk across the entire business using Jira to create roadmaps and tracking deadlines for hundreds of requirements requested by external stakeholders at KPMG and providing regular reports to meet regulatory standards.

Conducted user interviews with internal stakeholders across the business to gain key business insight requirements for investors helping secure funding.

Carried out an investigation for Deloitte to identify users within the organisation that required access to customers personal data using SQL and carrying out analysis, reporting findings to Deloitte and implementing a control that triggered an approval alert to the Chief Operating Officer.

Implemented the new onboarding process for compliance products in AML and sanction screenings overseeing the operational process, integrating products seamlessly onto internal systems and coordinated demo sessions with key stakeholders in risk, compliance, operations and procurement on how to use the products to manage and mitigate risk and documented the process using Notion.

Used SQL to design a dashboard in Tableau that monitors key metrics on processes and operational risk to measure potential impact and identify areas to improve and streamline operational processes and giving monthly updates on KPIs to internal stakeholders on findings in the compliance meeting.

Implemented the broader operational strategy for compliance processes to mitigate risk using Jira to report and document findings and building roadmaps to scale the scope of requirement and deadlines from regulators to analyse and evaluate work to meet deadlines.

Risk Analyst

Worked with product teams generating an automated dashboard in Tableau that identified operational defects and breakages, detecting a duplicated investment issue and reducing risk by £10 million.

Collaborated with the product team using quantitative analysis from key customer insight analytics, leading the automation of key processes to improve the investment % split functionality for funds, transforming auto-reporting in Tableau, slashing error rate of refunds due to incorrect funds and optimising the trade settlement process.

Managed the operational set up for legal entities across different investment funds onto the platform, carrying out testing in staging and reporting checks in confluence before live deployment of 18 different investments. Allowing thousands of customers more ways to invest and save for their future.
