Responsibilities include:
- Hiring and leading instructional design team including operational management and mentorship to ensure they are growing and developing and delivering impactful results.
- Defining and executing strategy and roadmap as they relate to ACL's vision and overall market strategy, ensuring team activities contribute to corporate objectives and have defined success metrics.
- Defining, monitoring, and reporting success metrics to inform design decisions (completion rates: duration) and demonstrate the ROI of both team and cross-departmental initiatives including measuring program efficacy and business impact (churn rates, NPS, product usage etc).
- Ensuring learning products comply with regulatory NASBA Standards (allowing ACL to offer state-certified CPE credits for US accountants) for multiple delivery methods including face-to-face, online self-paced, and virtual.
- Designing courses following a design, pilot, evaluate, improve model for multiple delivery methods including blended, face-to-face, online self-paced, and virtual.

Manager, Customer Enablement

Responsible for leading instructional design team, developing best practices and style guides, defining and executing ID strategy and roadmap including LMS architecture, and measuring the impact of team deliverables (NPS, decreased adoption time, increased product usage, reduced account churn etc).

Team Lead, Instructional Design

Relaunched industry-recognized certification program online. Designed courses for both face-to-face and elearning (single-source authoring for web and print delivery), CSS coding for web/print publishing, developed sample data, performed LMS administration, and produced instructional videos.

Instructional Designer

Redesigned classroom content for elearning, LMS implementation and administration, and worked with SMEs to design and develop micro elearning content.
