Behavior change means everyone is skilled and executing their duties accurately, effectively, and consistently. The companies that best change behavior are poised to grow their revenue and scale faster and more smoothly than their competitors. Sadly, most learning programs tend to achieve only 10-70% behavior change (when it’s measured). I have developed a system to help companies transform into behavior change machines.
