I am an engineer working in the field of Research & Development, AI and Process Automation. I am a managing partner of the AI and R&D Consulting firm SUPPORT1 AI INC. In 2015, I founded and manage the intellectual automation division called SHAIN (Support Hybrid Artificial Intelligent Network) in the field of AI, R&D and Natural Language Programming. I created the architecture behind the AI algorithm that has become SHAIN, an AI Agent based workforce which provides human like conversational capabilities and automates business processes for scalable growth without the need to build expensive teams. SHAIN is designed with advanced conversational capabilities that engages in natural, human-like complex dialogue, ready to report to managers. The AI Agents that I designed excel in reasoning, problem solving and complex calculations, and can lead and maintain technical conversations. My main area of expertise is based on AI R&D Agents that are a pre-trained virtual R&D Workforce designed to create R&D Studies and claim R&D Tax Credits. I am passionate about innovation as a key driver of progress and believe that businesses of all sizes should have access to tools that enhance their products and processes. I specialize in leveraging AI to efficiently classifying both R&D structured and unstructured data to streamline complex workflows. By addressing challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises, I aim to help businesses effectively access R&D tax credits, fostering greater innovation and growth. Since childhood, I have always passionately believed that people should not be doing tedious, repetitive work and that intellectual robots would one day transform the world similarly to how machines did during the industrial revolution. So I am thrilled to be part of this technology explosion and transition to white collar automation. SHAIN was developed from my many years of R&D experience, consulting and assisting companies in various industries to develop technologies and better products faster. These industries include aerospace, consumer goods, electrical, chemical, metallurgical, printed circuit boards, industrial products, software development, metalworking and tooling applications. Perhaps my greatest attribute that led to the founding of SHAIN is my deep knowledge of many industries and my ability to apply my knowledge of science to industry.
