- To define and put in place a new effective organization for L’Oreal product performance evaluation teams, today deployed in R&I worldwide. 
- In charge of consumer, sensory and instrumental evaluation teams in Clark (NJ), Chicago (IL), Solon (OH), Seattle (WA) for Hair Care, Styling, Skin Care, Sun Care, Make Up and Instrumental Cosmetic, to work together in a harmonized way to enhance product innovations.

- To develop the synergy and the coherence between international teams in France, Japan, USA, China and Russia within consumer, sensory and instrumental expertises.
- To create a strong partnership with worldwide laboratories to give value and accelerate pertinent market launches of innovative products for Make Up.

International Director Evaluation Color Cosmetics

- In charge of  France, Japan, USA and China instrumental teams to support Color Cosmetic, a growing category since the Maybelline brand integration in L’Oréal.
- Pioneer in worldwide knowledge studies to link consumer perception to objective measurements for skin, lips and eyes to develop adapted products and to strengthen external L’Oréal research (conferences, films and web videos).

International Manager Instrumental Evaluation Color Cosmetics

Laboratory creation in Advanced Research to develop new patented devices to measure optical properties, surface characterization and color of products film, skin and hair.
