For over 25 years, I've thrived in my career, serving in roles as an Executive Assistant, Communications, Chief of Staff, and Project Management. Over the years, I've built a great network and enjoy bringing it together to help one another. I don't always know how but there is a good chance I know who. I've seen too many silos in the workplace, and a lack of good processes enforces those silo behaviors. Building processes to serve people better drives connection and efficiency.
