Los Angeles Unified School District is the nation's second-largest school district serving over 600,000 students at over 1,000 schools. While at LAUSD, I served as a policy advisor developing a new teacher, school leader, and classified employee evaluation process for over 80,000 employees. I led the development and implementation of online software to manage these new processes across all employees.

ICEF (Inner City Education Foundation) operates 7 schools, educating over 2,500 students in grades TK-12. ICEF's mission is to educate and empower courageous leaders to embrace their full potential for college, career, and life by providing a community that honors each student's unique identity, fosters academic excellence, nurtures healthy minds, and inspires critical thinkers. While at ICEF, I reported directly to the CEO managing internal and external communication efforts, grant applications, charter renewals, and board of director engagement and support.

She is an accomplished strategic and operations leader with over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale, complex projects across industries. 

As a former athlete and team leader, Lauren is a visionary founder who can attract and build successful teams. Her drive to support families, uplift women, and push for more sustainable living centers her in her work. 

Lauren lives in Southern California with her husband and two kids. She loves the outdoors, playing volleyball, and finding a book on her list at the library.
