Focused on supporting utilities clients with implementation of new technologies and systems to improve end user services
•	Initiated and led the development of a benefits tracking tool that allowed for alignment and on-going communications of Smart Grid technologies, functionalities and benefits across 4 operating regions
•	Key functional consultant lead in work and asset management system implementation across 4 generating sites and support functions.
•	Performed benefits realization with focus on Business Performance Management to identify and implement $250 million of savings over 10 years for utility with operating areas that span 9 states across Northeast U.S.

Arthur Andersen & Navigant Consulting, LLC

Led client project teams that assisted North American and European utilities clients in understanding their business strengths as related to both regulated and unregulated markets in which they do business. 
•	Managed programs that assisted existing and developing Independent System Operators (ISOs) and Regional Transmission Organizations (RTOs) in tariff design and implementation of billing settlement systems.  
•	Performed market research of electric distribution technologies and systems, including automated meter reading (AMR) and outage management systems (OMS).

- Corporate Rate counsel - Managed cross-department litigation issue teams on market power, environmental and affiliate relationship standards.  Analyzed financial impacts of various deregulation strategies.  Supported both internal and external witnesses.
- Electric Distribution – Initiated process improvement for outdoor lighting, resulting in increased annual revenue of $1 million, an effort that involved over 250 associates statewide.
- Electric Transmission - Represented PSEG on PJM committee that developed rules for wholesale electric capacity market.
- Engineering Division - As a metallurgical engineer, planned, organized and executed reverse engineering of large industrial valves resulting in savings of $1.5 million.
- Research & Testing Laboratory - Performed in-lab and on-site failure analyses on utility components from all departments, e.g., power generation, gas distribution, electricity distribution.  Member of IBEW Union.
