This could apply to one-off projects or monthly support for ongoing/repetitive tasks. Example: planning and/or managing operations for regular online training programmes, or creating an action plan to launch a new service. 🤩 Content and account management – I'll get you set up if you’re starting from scratch or we can build on an existing profile with a new content plan. This could include creating social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, digital flyers for email/WhatsApp lists, and updating website copy. 👀 Research, proofreading and basic editing – this applies to things like agreements, workbooks, manuals, website copy, and articles. I'll note suggested changes to the structure, grammar and punctuation while proofreading for spelling errors. 🎯 Day-to-day admin support – for anything you need ongoing help with. Example: creating/formatting documents (Word, PowerPoint, PDFs, Canva), documenting Standard Operating Procedures for easy staff on-boarding/training, and monitoring/managing operations to ensure deadlines are met. I can assist with the maintenance/management of digital information in your CRM/database and digital folders (e.g. G-Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox etc.) so information is secure and accessible to you and your team. I'm a tech-loving VA who works smart so that client work is efficiently managed. The goal is to provide as much value as possible in the time/scope agreed.
