I lead the global Product Operations team at LinkedIn, a horizontal team focused across all products (consumer and enterprise) in the LinkedIn Product Ecosystem.  Our mission is to reduce friction and unlock delight in the member and customer experience. 

The Product Operations team consists of our technical support teams that triage and prevent technical issues with customers and engineering (Tier 2, Tier 3, Enterprise Technical Services, and User Acceptance Testing), our Signals organization focused on VOMC signals and insights that drive the product roadmap, and our readiness and enablement organization focused on support readiness for new products, agility, and service quality.

Led the Sales Solutions Insights Tools & Programs team.  We ideate, prototype, test, validate, and build.  Design thinking applied to bring delight to our reps and customers at scale. 

We innovated and brought closed-loop ROI to our customers by blending their outcomes with sales activity on our platform.  We proved that Sales Navigator is driving real success for individuals, sales teams, and companies in the form of true revenue growth powered by bigger deals and winning more.   

We built powerful data tools to help our reps be more strategic and consultative to our customers.  The thought leadership produced on relationships and sales has powered our narrative and helped customers drive their sales strategy top to bottom.

Sr. Manager, Insights Tools & Programs 

Led global product marketing initiatives for LinkedIn Sales Solutions' flagship product, Sales Navigator.  Responsible for leading go-to-market efforts, voice of customer programs, and leading cross-functional efforts to drive user engagement.  

My focus on diving deep into customer needs, developing insights from NPS data, and a strong partnership in Product, Design, and Engineering helped us set roadmap priorities and resulted in double digit NPS increases after launch.
