Leading a team of demand and digital experts and directing a multi-million dollar quarterly budget, we smashed our annual pipeline and revenue targets across two brands, increased MROI and operationalized a scalable team structure and agency partnerships to facilitate future growth.

In this role, I led all marketing and a truly exceptional team of marketers, partnering closely with sales and business development leaders to drive consistent YoY revenue growth across the region and hit ambitious business targets. Sitting in the global demand generation leadership team, we piloted new channels and campaigns that were scaled globally.

I loved the King Content brand from afar and pitched a role to help the agency grow its audience and brand recognition to drive new client acquisition across global markets. Leading all PR & marketing for the agency, my team grew this small Aussie brand to #13 on the global list of 'Top 50 Content Marketing Brands' in 2014, more than doubled our client base, grew into new markets (Singapore, London, New York) and ultimately positioned King Content for acquisition by Isentia.

I pioneered this role for IQPC globally after pitching that we could make a significant amount more revenue if we diversified our marketing efforts and had someone focus on marketing to solution providers. Over the period of a year, I drove $2M in attributable sponsorship revenue through multi-channel marketing campaigns an award-winning contribution to the business.
