In a world of explosive & evolving cyber crime and payment fraud, Eftsure ensure that their customers never pay the wrong people.

My role focussed on enabling business growth through strategic partnerships across multiple verticals including banking partners, tech integrators & accountants.

I joined Cape pre-revenue and pre-customer as the first customer facing/commercial team member. Contributed to scaling the organisation to $1m+ MoM total payment volume (with a focus on driving FX spend & savings through the Cape cards) and c.300 total customers. 

Key responsibilities included: 
■ Direct sales to drive us to our first 100 customers in the closed beta programme with a focus on developing a robust lead management policy and leveraging customer feedback to shape the product. 
■ Maturing the sales engine to drive customer scale through partnership distribution on top of the direct sales approach. 
■ Strategic partnership management including online affiliate partners, lenders and adjacent Fintechs. 
■ Building and owning product distribution via third party channels with a specific focus on finance brokers and accountants/bookkeepers.
■ Devising and implementing customer success playbooks and strategies to ensure product utilisation and enhanced customer experience.

I was fortunate to have the opportunity to be relocated from London to the Australian business to lead a team of customer success professionals. 

Managing all divisions of the Partner Success Team across Asia Pacific:
■ Key Accounts Partner Success Team (Top 100 Accounting firms across APAC).
■ Partner Onboarding Team. 
■ Junior Partner Success Team (Grad Programme entrants) 
■ Customer Support Team.

  Key responsibilities include: 
■ Sitting on the regional Management Team of the Australian entity.
■ Working with the Director of Revenue Operations to ensure that company initiatives are executed through a market specific lens. 
■ Working in sync with the Regional Key Accounts, Account Management and New Business Team Managers to ensure that the Partner Success team are effectively underpinning the implementation of the software and executing on strategic firm wide roll out. 
■ Experimenting with techniques that lead to a reduction in time to value for the customer.  
■ Streamlining existing processes to ensure fast and efficient onboarding.

■ Development and delivery of thought leadership and educational webinars and workshops to partner and prospects.

Leading a team of Partner onboarding, implementation, support and customer retention specialists across the APAC region. 

Key responsibilities include: 
■ Coaching and mentoring direct reports. 
■ Continual process audit and improvement. 
■ Responsible for key SaaS metrics inc. churn, adoption and time to value.
■ Managing and developing a Partner advocate portfolio via low and high touch methods.

Senior Partner Success Consultant - Team Lead (APAC)

Working with our Partner firms to design and execute bespoke change management plans for the early stage implementation of Receipt Bank. Plans may consist of technical training, process consulting, internal implementation projects and strategic roll out to the firm's wider client base. 

Key responsibilities include: 
■ Hitting KPIs in relation to # clients adopted to each accounting partner.
■ Consulting with accounting partners to ensure an effective change management process for the bookkeeping division.
■ Experimenting with techniques to maximise the efficiency of onboarding Partners to the platform.
■ Managing a high volume pipeline of Partners at various stages of their onboarding journey .

Partner Success Consultant - Onboarding Specialist (EMEA)

Collaborating with the Sale Ops team to identify low ROI accounts and building success plans with our Partner accounting and bookkeeping firms to ensure that they are achieving maximum value. Success plans may include client identification and onboarding strategy sessions, pricing matrix discussions, best practice techniques and on site training. 

Key responsibilities include: 
■ Hitting KPIs in relation to maintaining MRR loss below budget.
■ Analysing monthly churn data and executing churn prevention strategies around the data. 
■ Collaborating with the product and sales teams to mitigate churn.
■ Relaying the voice of the partner to Senior Management and product.

I have 8+ years experience working to deliver solutions across EMEA and APAC and have led multifunctional teams that span the entirety of the SaaS customer journey.

I have worked on multiple GTM and implementation strategies for products that solve the intricacies of doing accounting and finance in today's digital age. Including assisting with launching two overseas acquired Fintech platforms into the Australian market for the first time, leading the growth for a pre-seed start up joining as their first commercial hire and driving revenue growth through strategic banking partnerships in the cyber security industry.
