Manage the day-to-day operations of the EDRM program and carry out the legislative legal requirements of the Memorandum of Understanding by the Ministry of Finance and Archives of Ontario.  Develop and manage the implementation of an enterprise retention schedule, classification schema, service delivery policies, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure a high level of statutory compliance with the legislation with respect to record identification and collection, use and protection of OLG Records. Assist in development and management of the implementation of a long term solution and a migration strategy to ensure continued integrity of OLG records. Provide support and direction regarding EDRM issues to senior management and OLG business areas.

I am currently working as part of a project team to install an Enterprise Documents and Records Management intiative into the OLG. Scope of work includes current and future state process mapping, RACI documents,  I am the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Gaming  for the project. 

Part of the project is to install Records Governance into Imformation Governance.

I was responsible for managing the audit department (including payroll) operations ensuring compliance with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and other applicable municipal, provincial and federal laws regulation. Manage audit staff, including training, hiring, scheduling, evaluating and supervising employees. 

Responsible for providing accurate, timely reports both internally and externally in an efficient manner and maintaining that all corporate assets are properly safe guarded.

I was involved in multiple audits on a yearly basis including AGCO, Internal Audit, FINTRAC, Compliance services and external auditors.

Trend revenue and expenses on a regular basis and analyze information at the request of the General Manager or Regional Director and, on a quarterly basis present site statistics to the Regional Director

Responsible for the daily operation of the Cage and Coin Department 
I was responsible for the cash rooms and responsible for a staff of approximately 250 employees and a management team of 25 staff. I was also responsible for the departmental budget and FTE requirements.
