As the Head of Communications at Compt, a best-in-class software platform providing tax-compliant and flexible employee benefits, Lauren is responsible for overseeing the company's external and internal communications and public relations efforts. Prior to joining Compt, Lauren held various roles in communications and marketing in the deskless industry, and has a background in TV news as a former broadcast reporter. She has a proven track record of developing and executing successful communications strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and engage key stakeholders. Lauren is a natural storyteller and is passionate about using her skills to help companies achieve their business objectives. She has a deep understanding of the HR technology landscape as it pertains to employee engagement and meaningful benefits and is adept at distilling complex concepts into clear, concise messages that resonate with target audiences. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and gives back to her community as a Board Director for the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting and a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University.
