Designed and delivered programs to drive significant progress in sales performance, internal communications and talent development for the GTM organization. Strategic partner to Executive Leadership to facilitate All Hands, survey administration,  OKRs and continuous learning programs. Expert in launching and scaling learning management systems and content management systems. 

- Led Sales Kickoff end-to-end, built content, messaging and logistics for 3 Executive Keynotes, led training sessions with 150+ participants, facilitated 7 track sessions and managed 10+ team members
- Created internal communication strategy, established multi-threaded Field Enablement brand and launched first content management system
- Launched inaugural Voice of Field survey to generate baseline eNPS and map cross-functional priorities across sales, product, marketing and talent
- Actively onboarded over 100 AE, SDR, SE, CSM & PAM new hires with live sessions, on-demand content and launched first LMS within a 6 month period

Dell Technology Select Sales + Global Transformation Office | Led cross-functional teams to deliver onboarding, sales enablement and change management programs to increase the effectiveness of Dell Technologies' global accounts sales team. 

- Launch and facilitated 2 new hire training programs with 80+ new hires achieving 87+ employee NPS
- Lead GTM change management initiatives, including sales motions and operational excellence programs
- Plan and deliver four Sales Kickoff events for global sales organization with 500+ attendees
- Drive launch for Aspiring Sales Leader development program, providing growth opportunities for next generation of Sales leaders
- Scaled multiple continuing learning programs with high attendee satisfaction to improve seller consistency and efficiency
- Successfully plan bi-annual strategic divisional reviews, delivering presentations to President of Global Accounts Sales on top strategic opportunities, averaging annual revenue of over $10B

Additionally serve as Recruiting Lead, acquiring Dell sponsorships worth $10,000 for campus diversity events, which led to an increase in headcount by 30% due to a 90% offer acceptance rate. Recruited top undergraduate talent, built on-campus relationships, and grew an internal volunteer recruiting team from 3 to 18 members in 2 years.

Global Program Manager, Chief of Staff Office

Dell EMC

Focused on policies and processes to protect revenue, margin, mitigate operational risks, and to increase deal velocity across GTM Operations. Designed and delivered sales enablement programs. Implemented a deal governance program that led to the recovery of $500 million in leaked revenue from audited deals by closing 12+ audit management action plans across 18 global teams

Took additional responsibility to drive strategic communication in support of Vice President of Business Transformation. Created concise, compelling messaging for keynotes, All Hands, and virtual road shows to an audience of 2,600+ over a period of four months.

Program Manager, Transformational Pursuits and Enablement - Business Transformation

Leveraged data science partners, business insights and user experience analysis to streamline communication and enable data-driven decision making for Sales Operations and Finance business partners. Oversaw Voice of Employee engagement survey program for 28,000 sales team members. Initiated a Business Engagement Network to align 300+ global sales program managers around eight business strategies across Business Operations, Professional Services, and IT.

Program Manager, Enterprise Analytics & Business Transformation Enablement

Member of a selective, three-year business operations leadership development rotational program within Sales Operations. Each year-long rotation is coupled with MBA-level  training, internal committees and community involvement.

Increased reporting efficiency by 28% to standardize and automate dashboards for a $4B storage portfolio. Drove change management efforts during $67B merger between Dell and EMC to align on metrics to measure health of the business through revenue, buyer base and forecast. Initiated and led analyst forum to share best practices and increase productivity across Global Business Operations.

Business Operations Leadership Development Program

Drove weekly governance interlocks in support of a new quoting solution roll out across global channel operations. Change management efforts impacted 35,000 internal stakeholders and 6,000 members of our Partner Community. 

Worked throughout the school year to manage forecast analytics for a new hyper-converged infrastructure product. Partnered with regional sales leads and partner distributors to build and deliver automated forecasting analytics package.

Global Channel Operations and Strategy Summer Intern

I ran a large-scale, long-term operation by directing a summer camp for two summers, that I have attended for 9 years consecutively before accepting this position. During the academic year, I coordinated the registration of 200 campers, and hired and trained 25 counselors and 35 counselors-in-training. When the camp was in session, I planned all daily activities and managed the complex, daily schedule. Throughout the month-long duration of the camp, I consistently practiced delegating, effectively managing and motivating staff, and ensuring the safety and well-being of 200 campers. Standardized all operational procedures for the future use of management.

Program Director at Camp RSM @ Sunapee

Russian Jewish Community Foundation

Selected to lead Camp Boston Sderot, an international not for profit project for children, mostly victims of trauma of the war torn city of Sderot, Israel. I organized, planned, and executed each day’s activities for the entire camp as Program Director, while overseeing 7 counselors and over 50 campers.

Prior to the camp itself, I worked intensively with a team of 10 volunteers to raise over $25,000 in a four month period to sponsor the project. I heavily promoted the summer camp through various fundraisers, concerts and social media.
