I designed the strategy and rollout plan to implement the WEEE Directive (Open Scope August 2018) within Bosch Thermotechnology. As part of the implementation project, I coordinated the required changes in Bosch Thermotechnology production sites; Asia, Europe, and North America. These involved cross-function departments such as engineering, sales, product, marketing, and legal.

Environmental Project Manager

As part of the engineering department, I supported the Design for Environment (DfE) team with research and analysis of existing regulations relevant to the European Substance Regulations (e.g., RoHS and REACH). I supported the different departments in internal inquiries related to environmental compliance regulation, design for the environment, and material compliance.
