Loan setup and Disclosure

- Worked in FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, HECM &  HELOC loans having loan purpose as Refinance and Purchase.

- Responsible for reviewing and verifying loan documents in the ERP system to ascertain that the
loan is in compliance with Federal, State & Investors guidelines.

- Review loan files for completeness and accuracy including but not limited to calculation and verification of income & assets, evaluation of credit reports, purchase contracts, appraisals, and other loan pertinent compliance documentation.

- Verification and Analysis of all necessary financial information and documentation, ensure that loan files contain all necessary credit and legal documents.

- •	Analysis of Credit report with credit supplement , dispute removal form, rapid rescore, split & merge credit report, inquiry removal form and what changes are required to increase fico score.

- Communicating with clients as virtual assistance, third parties and customers to address their queries, needs requested.

- Automated various process on Automation Tools to update the system as per the process.



- Modification of loan to create a new loan.
