• Pipeline Management: Managed recruitment responsibilities for 70 Interns based in Redmond & Bellevue WA during the summer of 2018. Managed a pipeline of 50+ candidates per week.

• Lead by Example: Finished with an 80% close rate out of 400+ candidates closed which was 10% higher than the average on the team. Lead numerous initiatives that added longterm value to the team.
