Lawrence C. Ng is a serial entrepreneur and investor with a $150 million exit. He currently leads Onramp Lab, a holding company focused on connecting companies to their users via digital advertising & intelligent contact center tools. Lawrence's asset management firm has investments across global opportunities in technology, venture capital, commercial real estate, and private markets. The firm's investment activities serve the needs of founders, early employees, and executives of MediaAlpha, Legalzoom Alibaba, FocusBrands, Hospital for Special Surgery, Amazon, General Electric, Sanofi, and other notable companies. He is currently a member of the Compound VC Advisory Board, which helps entrepreneurs accelerate new business opportunities and is a Senior Advisor to Alignment Credit, a strategic private credit fund. He co-founded Oversee.net in 2000 at the age of 21 and led as its Chief Executive Officer until 2008. He grew Oversee from an Internet start-up to a leader in Internet services with over $200 million in revenue and 200 employees. Lawrence liquidated his interest in Oversee when Oak Hill Capital invested $150 million in the company. Lawrence won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2007 award for the Greater Los Angeles program in the technology category. Oversee.net was named to the Inc. 500 and ranked in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50. The company was also named "Internet and New Media Company of the Year" by the SoCal Technology Council. The Los Angeles Business Journal ranked Oversee as Los Angeles’ third fast-growing private company. In 2009, Lawrence formed the Lawrence C. Ng Family Foundation, a grant-making organization dedicated to supporting non-profits whose mission is to create brighter futures for underprivileged youths through education, mentorship, and career guidance. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the John V. Lindsay Wildcat Academy Charter School, an alternative high school that enables students who have dropped out of traditional high schools to obtain a high school diploma. Through the foundation, Lawrence is also a proud supporter of the Joshua House Health Center, a new three-story community health clinic in the heart of Skid Row in Los Angeles. He is a graduate of the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.
