I have gained full time work experience at Accenture and done internships at Tata Steel, Tata Cummins, Tata Power and worked with growing SAAS startup both B2B and B2C. It's our job every day to make every important aspect of the customer experience a little bit better.” I am a team player storyteller who builds and maintains customer satisfaction with the products and services offered by the organization and provides excellent service to internal and external customers. While working at Accenture, I have worked with multiple clients both onsite and off site. I used to work in the SharePoint administration, Office 365 Administration, Service Now and Salesforce administration, Microsoft exchange administration , SAP, AWS solution architect specialist and also gained a lot of exposure with Device management using Microsoft Intune, AirWatch MDM and Microsoft Azure,AWS certified Cloud Practitioner Jira, Invision . I am a passionate learner who can adopt to any environment is my mantra of life, with my skills i am often successful at turning a negative situation into a positive one. I find an opportunity in every adversity. I have discovered that the most satisfying experience for me is helping up the customer by all possible means and getting optimal customer satisfaction, which eventually gives me so much happiness as well. I value learning from others and collaborating to bring a change. I have also excelled in six National level Case study competitions, which helped me to up-skill myself and gain contextual business domain exposure. I like to keep up with niche technical trends like Data analysis ,Data visualization, data engineering ,data science AI ML product development.
