I love finding great products and helping turn them into great businesses. The biggest fallacy in businesses is that if you build a great product everything else will figure itself out. It will not. You need to deliberately figure out how to monetize it and build a business that can allow you to support growing the product. I ran the growth team at Codcademy from $10M ARR to about $50M ARR. We learned a lot of hard lessons along the way that I want to pass on to other companies. I work with clients who have PMF and are looking to scale up revenue growth. They are traditionally in the 500k ARR to 10M ARR range.
