I spoke with stakeholders and SMEs to deeply understand the problem, wrote up and peer-reviewed my findings, worked with tech leads and a UX/UI designer to create the solution, I validated the solution internally and identified risks that I raised and resolved early, I delivered the solution to engineering and worked with marketing and commercial teams on go-to-market activities. 🙌 Management Consulting background: In USA and Australia, I have applied my problem-solving and product management skills across industries including Government, Financial Services, Healthcare, Hospitality. At Bevington Group, I ran successful process engineering projects for large clients including iCare, Perpetual and Ausgrid, and earned ‘Project of the Year’ status for profitability and customer satisfaction for my work with Westpac on Institutional Bank Policy simplification. Working on problems with a social benefit: I believe we are accountable for the world we live in and have a responsibility to each other to be engaged citizens, so I volunteer with civic organisations and activist groups – human rights, renewables, environment, good government. 👉 In the 2020 US election cycle, the overseas vote was decisive in winning the White House for the Democratic Party. As National Vice Chair with Democrats Abroad, I worked with a close and motivated team of organizers. I planned campaigns and trained volunteers to reach out to 100K+ US citizens in Australia and across APAC to help them to vote. Australia led the APAC region in Democrats Abroad primary participation: +62% over 2016. Membership in Australia +70%. The biggest prize was knowing we played an important role in the election result. 🙌 I want to work on big problems with demonstrable human impact and collaborate with people with similar goals and values.
