Led all marketing and creation of go-to-market product strategies, planning, and development to effectively position First Data products, including mobile payments, eCommerce, and SaaS solutions in the marketplace while delivering value to customers and profitable growth for the company. Evaluated and assessed product opportunities for incremental revenue growth and set and aligned the overall strategic vision for product positioning in the marketplace.

●	Managed all product strategies, including pricing, product positioning, and business cases

●	Managed the full cycle of product development/management from opportunity assessment and strategy through launch, post-launch, and product optimization

Reported to the CMO, led all marketing for a direct-to-consumer business unit. Held accountability for all strategic initiatives, planning, strategies, P&L, sales, and marketing activities that represented $250M in revenues. Tapped to lead a new department that accounted for $118M in revenue and an annual growth target of 16%. Managed a team of  BI, analytics, creative and marketing managers.

●	Managed 5 full lifecycle product development projects over 4 years for new web and mobile applications to increase sales conversions through the checkout/application approval process
●	Evaluated and assessed product opportunities for incremental revenue growth
●	Generated revenues more than $17M through strategic initiatives and achieved overall company revenues of $179M and $216M in 2011 and 2012
●	Improved a declining market segment and grew it by 49% in 2011 and 33% in 2012 through new product development, product optimization, and marketing initiatives

Directed and managed all regional strategies in support of a $226M business unit revenue goal through key initiatives, proposal/RFP response, client marketing and eminence building.

●	Worked with business development teams to generate pipeline and new revenue of $22M YoY
●	Provided ongoing analysis of client behavior through market analysis and competitive analysis
●	Directed pricing of 12 products and services to align with desired profitability and risk metrics
