From 2008-2020 I managed a privately-owned group of companies within retail and real estate development. I served through a strong expansion cycle and later a complex, yet successful turn-around process. Following this transformation, the operational activity was successfully divested in 2020, and real estate assets were converted to financial SPVs. 👇🏻 Prior/Other positions. Investment banking / equity analyst (2000/01) and thereafter 6 years in different management positions at Kverneland Group and Pan Fish (2001/07). First as board secretary and executive advisor, later as director of finance on the turn-around team and the preceding acquisitions of Fjord Seafood and Marine Harvest (Mowi). Various board positions. Formal background and experience: 👨‍🎓 Education: Executive master in Sustainable Business Strategy, CSB | NHH (2021/22), MSc in Business / Siviløkonom, NHH (1995/99). Undergraduate in Law, UiB (1994/95). 📃 Experience. Senior executive/director with 20+ years of experience from high level operational and financial management positions, both in the domestic/international and B2B/B2C domains. 🎯 Achievements.
