I am a Speaker, Coach, and Sales Leader with over 20 years of experience in financial services sales, speaking, and leadership. I offer keynotes, workshops, and one-on-one engagements to individuals and organizations. Two main offerings: 1- Embrace Adversity as Fuel for Greater Purpose, Impact, and Success 2- Leading Sales Professionals to Enhance their Communication and Presentation Skills Bio: Statistically speaking I should be labeled a failure. The odds were stacked against me from the moment I took my first breath. * Grew up in a paycheck to paycheck family * Lost Mom to suicide before I turned 1 yr old * Lived alone at 17 in high school * Involved in a tragic accident that took a man’s life All of this forced me to focus on key decisions in life and in business to become a 1st generation college graduate, achieve over 20 years of sales and leadership success, and now I am impacting 1000s of people’s lives through speaking and coaching. #1 - I know firsthand what it is like to experience setbacks which is why I speak to individuals and organizations on how to embrace Adversity as Fuel for Purpose, Impact, and Success. #2 - I deliver a 5 step framework to help sales people and leaders enhance their communication and presentation skills to drive more sales and results. When I am not speaking or coaching, you can find me in the gym playing basketball, volunteering in the community/church, or spending time with family.
