Leading the Innovation strategy of IAI both organic (internal) and Open (external) innovation.
Manager IAI's Innovation center  in Tel-Aviv, Midtown. The IAI Innovation Center is unique in its startup model, which exists inside a stable, well-established company, providing IAI’s engineers with a path for testing their ideas and developing a PoC within weeks. We run  several  programs that supports our strategy such as the accelerator programs, a space incubator JV's with business partners, cooperation and supporting startups, scouting process and implementing new technology into IAI. The Innovation Center adds to IAI’s technological capabilities that lay that build blocks for our future product lines.
