(Software currently under development!) 2️⃣ Providing business solutions - I offer a full-range of payment processing, HR/human capital management, e-commerce and funding solutions for businesses and merchants of all sizes. 3️⃣ Leadership and Management Consulting - I help lead Ike's Love and Sandwiches small but growing franchising company to help them implement systems that grow sales and cut costs. ❗️WORK HISTORY❗️ I started working because I had to pay for the costs of a reckless lifestyle in my youth. I eventually found success in the restaurant industry, starting as a dishwasher and working my way up to multi-unit restaurant leader over the course of about 6 years. My biggest accomplishment during that time was finding sobriety and becoming a father. In 2021 my franchise partners sold the business. I decided to take what I learned and build a company that could solve the challenges of workforce management for restaurant and retail chains around the world. Recognized for having the best culture in the brand that I operated for, I decided to take my skills and strategies and apply them for other brands. In the process of building my business I've had the opportunity to learn from many incredible people (many of whom I met on LinkedIn) and learned how I could provide more value to more people. I have since expanded my offerings and the value I can provide, and I seek to be of service in some way to every person that I meet.
