• Animates the "Annual Operational Marketing Plan" in order to improve traffic acquisition and loyalty, and writes briefs to agencies, in co-construction with the Event and Communication Managers.
• Implements and optimizes digital services (website, program animations loyalty/merchant benefits card, marketing automation, directories, captive portal,click&collect,..); and physical services (Conciergerie, Reception, Brand services, center equipment, etc.)
• Accompanies the implementation of structural changes in the customer journey (layout - development with the operation, scenography and signage project) with the participation of the Event and Communication Managers
• Centralizes reporting data to compile management activity reports and shareholders
• Prepares marketing committee documents. Maintaining agendas and minutes
• Writes the Merchant newsletter
