I've spent over 20 years leading teams and helping individuals reach their full potential. It's been incredibly rewarding to see people apply what they've learned from me and succeed. I pride myself on being able to achieve whatever I set my mind to, thanks to my quick learning and abundant energy. I'm deeply committed to my work, which is why I haven't hopped from job to job. Challenges don't scare me; I see them as opportunities to grow and I tackle them piece by piece. Celebrating successes, big or small, and building confidence in others is something I always strive for. Alongside my day job, I ventured into starting my own businesses. This journey took my 9-5 skills and put them to the test in new, exciting ways. It was tough but absolutely worth it. Now, I'm the proud owner of a consulting firm, owner of a digital marketing business, I work as a brand ambassador, manage social media for a successful skincare brand, and speak at events sharing my experiences. My dedication and hard work have been the driving forces behind everything I do, and I'm always eager to learn more and improve.
