As VP of Human Resources, I am responsible for all HR services in Israel and abroad, including talent acquisition, collaborations, and consultations. My responsibilities include:
•	Designing and implementing key strategic HR policies and processes.
•	Managing A to Z international recruiting processes, including initial interviews, onboarding and employee satisfaction.
•	Collaborating with managers across all departments to create and execute HR policy across the board.
•	Coaching managers and executives to improve productivity, satisfaction, training and motivation across the 250-employee teams.
•	Working closely as an advisor to C-level and senior executives, to establish best practices for local and remote teams.
•	Streamlining and improving the recruitment process by implementing HR recruiting software.
•	Improving work productivity by managing an annual performance review process, handling assessment schedules and managing reviews.

•	Managed entire recruiting process (Israel/U.S.): writing job specs, advertising positions, reviewing CVs, interviewing candidates, negotiating salary and benefits, and onboarding new employees

•	Responsible for annual performance review process 
•	Active participant in due diligence process for the sale of Answers.com; experience with mergers and acquisitions and team integration processes
•	Consulted for managers and executives to improve employees’ productivity, satisfaction, training, and motivation
•	Worked closely with colleagues from abroad to establish best practices for remote teams

•	Assisted CFO in pre–IPO projects
•	Drafted agreements and advised the management team on various commercial matters and numerous facets of corporate law 
•	Researched corporate trademark and branding strategy and applications

Associate Counsel

Jerusalem Magistrate Court

One-year law internship at the magistrate court in Jerusalem, clerking for Justice Reuven Shamia. Responsibilities included assistance in writing opinions in civil cases, attending court sessions and coordinating the Justice's office activities.

Part-time research assistant for Professor Ari Zimran, director of the Gaucher clinic, at Shaarei Tzedek Hospital.

Research Assistant

Guy Flanter, Law Office

As part of a criminal law workshop, worked with attorney Guy Flanter, assisting in court case summaries and researching topics in criminal law.

Intern

Bar Ilan University

Research assistant for Dr. Dudi Shwartz, Dean of the Bar Ilan law faculty. Responsibilities included translating articles on insurance law from English to Hebrew and summarizing them into a concise Hebrew version in preparation for student group discussions with the Dean.
