Voyager Global Mobility is the leading service provider to the smart mobility industry. We fill the gap between mobility network companies (think Uber, Lyft, Didi etc.) and those who want to work as professional drivers. We strategically source, allocate, manage, maintain and service fleets of rideshare vehicles. We provide cost-efficient vehicle solutions to professional drivers and enable mobility network company growth in key markets by creating access to vehicles and drivers.

I am the HR Director and Business Partner for 12+ US branches (outside NYC) and Talent Management lead for the company. I focus on creating a motivating and productive environment for our employees, who in turn enable economic mobility and create livelihoods for our drivers.

Talent developer creating conditions for employee success and growth for second largest global SME office location. Office size tripled (from ~100 to 300+ colleagues) and expanded to include corporate functions (IT, Finance).
