Carglass® Denmark

When I started at Carglass, there was no HR department. I was therefore responsible for creating all HR policies and processes.
I drafted and implemented a policy for sick leaves, MUS (employee development planning) and an employee handbook.
I took over the responsibility for the company pension scheme, including choice of provider.
I updated all contract templates and digitalized all personnel files.

In addition to the above, my assignments were:
- Interpret relevant legislation and collective agreement and advise Carglass’ managers
- Spar with, advise and support Carglass’ managers at all levels regarding personnel issues – including sickness absence, performance, terminations etc.
- Participate in manager/employee meetings, sick leave conversations, terminations, mediation meetings etc.
- Answer questions from employees regarding terms of employment, maternity leave etc.
- Make contracts and supplements to contracts, warnings, severance agreements, terminations etc.
- Administrate personnel data
- Support managers with recruitments, writing job adds, participate in interviews and handle all communication with the applicants
- Gather and distribute information from Carglass’ monthly employee satisfaction survey – including reporting to Carglass’ HQ in the UK
- Random check of payroll and general coordination and information sharing with payroll accountant

- Administration of personnel data – including recruitments, changes and resignations
- Making contracts and supplements to contracts
- Conducting exit interviews with leaders and employees
- Supporting and sparring with Xellia’s managers

My assignments were:
- Finding, arranging and coordinating trainings for employees at all levels
- Screening of applications and handling the communication with the applicants
- Preparing for – and participating in – the roll-out of Bosch’ career webpage, Nordic Region
- Updating and maintaining Bosch’ career webpage, Nordic Region
- Updating of the Bosch intranet
- Updating of personnel master data
- Translations from English to Danish – and vice versa
- Proofreading of contracts, articles etc.

As part of my Cand.Soc.HRM-studies, I took part in a 10-week internship at Tryg, where I drafted a succession planning process and followed the HR- and communication processes behind a round of job cuts.

Nordea Liv & Pension

When I began my studies at CBS I had to leave my job as a full time employee at Nordea Liv & Pension. Shortly after I resigned, I was contacted by one of my former colleagues whom offered me a position as student assistant at Nordea Liv & Pension.

My assignments were:
- Minor changes of customers’ pension schemes
- Translations from English to Danish - and vice versa
- Various administrative and ad hoc tasks
- Follow-up on declined § 41- and transfers via "jobskifteaftalen" (via the Danish Pension Tax Act - Pensionsbeskatningsloven, PBL)

Student Assistant

Jeg startede som finanselev, og under min elevtid var jeg beskæftiget med alt fra nytegning af pensionsordninger, orlovssager, § 41- og jobskifteoverførsler til ændring af begunstigelser, gager og dækning. Endvidere var jeg så heldig at have en stor del af min elevperiode på lægekontoret, hvor jeg vurderede og antog helbredsoplysninger.
Efter endt uddannelse blev jeg fastansat. Mit primære beskæftigelsesområde var administration af firmapensionsordninger. Endvidere deltog jeg i et større AMP-projekt (projekt omkring arbejdsmarkedspensioner).
Jeg havde derudover også ansvaret for at tage mig af to nye elever og deres uddannelsesforløb i min afdeling.
